Water Reflections and Transparencies in Oil | Marcel Desbiens
Inject luminosity and life into your water paintings! Water is fluid, shape-shifting, perpetually in motion, reflective, cooling and refreshing. During this 2 consecutive Sunday workshops, a different process will be applied each day resulting in beautiful realistic representations of water in motion.

Through step-by-step demonsrtations and "hands-on" exercises, you will learn how to:
• achieve a quick and easy way to paint water, both still and in motion for instant results.
• use a methodology to save hours of experimentation and research.
• apply a second layer with transparent colours over the first layer (alla prima)
• reproduce transparency and motion effects using transparent colours for glazing
• choose the right choice of medium, opaque and transparent colours and brushes which will make the process a breeze!
